Hand sewn masks to help reduce transmission of germs and viruses.  We decided to make these and offer them due to the COVID-19 pandemic which has closed our doors, and a lot of other business' doors, temporarily.  We think these masks will still be used by the public during future flu seasons.  So, we are going to offer them at our store as a regular item for sale.  Made out of cotton or cotton flannel and other fabric we may run across that we think will make a good mask.  Round elastic - much more comfortable than flat elastic around the ear.  Pleated sides.  Designed by Deb who is an RN and works in the operating room.

small/medium (women's)
Large (men's)

SHIPPING NOTE:  Our website will show shipping as $5/mask but you will not be charged this much.  We will adjust shipping before we approve the charge to your card. These masks are lightweight and flexible, so they ship well.  1 to 3 masks can usually go in a regular businss envelope with a $0.55 stamp.  A thicker small envelope runs about $3.80 for up to 6 masks.  Then we get to a larger envelope, but shipping should still be under $10. Of couse, some locations may require more postage, so these have been my average costs.

When you place an order on our website, your card is authorized but not charged for the order.  We then go in and update the shipping cost and approve the charge to the card when we know the shipping cost.

UPDATE:  We have had an overwhelming response for these masks, so production is running a bit behind, but we should be caught up by weekend of 4/18=4/19.  Thank you so much for the great response to this product.

Due to short supply of elastic (fabric and elastic are the new toilet paper issue), we are substituting stretchy beading cord for elastic.  It is thin and strong, so a good substitute.  We may also be out of the fabric we show for these masks but will make a gender appropriate substitute, i.e. no flowers for the guys.  But we do still have a lot of nice fabric for mask production.  Go ahead and pick out by color based on what is on the website so I have some idea of what you want to make as appropriate a substitute as I can.

You can leave a color prefernece in the comment section if you like.  Large  masks without a comment will be more masculine fabric prints.  Small/mediums can be anything, including floral prints.

Aqua/gray/white gingham is out of stock.  I am substituting other lighter colored prints in both small/medium and large.
Dark blue fabric for large masks is out of stock.  I may substitute a gray/white/blue plaid or other more masculine colors. I have a small dark blue floral for small/medium masks I am using that is very pretty.
Gray/white fabric is out of stock.  I am using the gray/white/blue plaid.
